Halloween Fun!!!

Holidays are my FAVORITEEEE with kiddos, there’s something nostalgic about this time of year! We love making Halloween feel like more than just one day in our house, and stretching out the fun and excitement for the whole month of October!

A few activities that we do each October so you can plan ahead:

1. Pumpkin decorating/ painting – Carving pumpkins is a tradition for us, but I’ve also loved painting pumpkins! These can last longer, and it’s a less messy way to get festive with the kids. I also love this for smaller kids, it’s a simpler way for them to decorate.
2. Cozy family movie night – A fun movie, popcorn, twinkle lights, surrounded by all of the Fall and Halloween decor, my kids love this time spent together!
3. Halloween treats – Cookies aren’t just for Christmas! I love to scroll through magazines and Pinterest for sweet treat ideas to enjoy during family movie night. There are lots of healthy treat ideas for after school snacks, too! Check out my Halloween board here!
