NYE Snack Board + Star Wands

I have a love for all things holidays and add in a snack board and my heart is just soaring! This is such a fun little DIY that you can easily put together, little wands for the kiddos and then a festive snack board to enjoy! 

I love simple DIYs that take things to the next level! These star wands are such a fun thing to make, for any celebration. Sweet for your kiddos to play with, or to decorate a fun tablescape.

Here are a few steps to make your own star wands:

Star Wands:
-use star stencils or print a star the size you want to trace your stars. You will need two stars per wand (front + back)
-Using tape, secure the star to the stick (I used a paper straw. If using a paper straw, push the straw down to make it as flat as possible. This will help the stars glue together better.
-Now, apply the second star to the back using a hot glue gun.
-Choose any ribbon that you like to tie around the wand stick.

For a fun celebratory snack, that goes hand in hand with your star wands try this:

NYE Snack:
-pick some of your child or children’s favorite snacks.
-Use a star cookie cutter to cut cheese.
-Use a cute cutting board or plate to display snacks, & if you have a little disco ball, throw it on there for a festive New Year’s look!
-use star wands to decorate around snack tray. So easy + cute!
