Another thing I have been excited to share with you all is that Christopher and I are taking two big leaps of faith this month. It seems like we are always taking big risks to follow what we believe God is telling us to do…it is always just as scary though! The first one is we have rented out a new A Little Artsy space and are reopening our studio! If you have no idea what that is here is a video of me talking about the business Chris & I started!
(scroll all the way to the bottom to turn off blog music)
We temporarily closed our first location when Ainsleigh was on the way. We just needed to re.think our cost structure, find people that we could hire for various positions and all together ask God what His plans were for the studio. This business is a ministry for us and we always want to have open hands with it.
So we have taken a leap of faith, in hopes that after a year off…kids will come back!
If you are in the DFW area, we offer kid’s classes, adult classes, adult art nights, birthday parties, private lessons and mommy & me classes! Our other leap of faith will be in a post coming soon :)!
Yay! I so wish I lived close enough to attend your show! The art looks beautiful, Casey 🙂 And hooray for getting the studio back into business! Again, I wish I was closer to be a part of it! I'm sure He will bless your work (can't wait to hear how it comes along!) xo
Everything is GORGEOUS and inspirational. so beautiful! I am so happy for your new bundle to arrive…lately I have been struggling with the reality that I will not be able to give Little Miss S a sibling and it breaks my heart, BUT it is so refreshing to see someone like you, who truly treasures their babies!
Casey Your art work is beautiful and amazing. I am so impressed with your talents. Wow! Are any of those pieces for sale in your shop or are they all for the show? I am going to try and make it to the show, but I'm not 100% about that.
I wish you all the best with the reopening of A Little Artsy. Your video shows how important it is for children & adults to be able to express themselves through art.
How much fun will your show be! Tears that I don't live closer… 🙁 And you're totally going to have a baby..hurry up and give us details! I'm dying here. 😛 Blessings, as always. Marissa

So excited for you – the show, the shop, and the baby!!! I don't know if you'll remember this, but one night while you and Chris were working to open the first shop..around Christmastime, I walked by with my parents and with Trent — do you remember? Anyways, I'll always remember that night because it was the night I actually introduced Trent to my parents…less than a month into dating! I'm continually inspired by you – your life and Trent always knows who I'm talking about when I mention you because of that night! Super excited y'all get to re-open!! Blessings friend =)
I sent this video to my cousin in Celina TX that has a two year old little girl 🙂 I wish we had something like this where I live. Congratulations on the reopen and I hope you art show goes well!
Casey, I love your blog. You are such an inspiration to me and my family. I have two beautiful little girls that I love to death and my husband and I have been praying about when to have number three, which will hopefully be soon! I am so excited for you and I think it is great that you include God in everything you do. You're a great momma and there isn't a better person to bring these little spirits into the world than you! So congrats! By the way, I am new to your blog, but I am just curious how close your first two children are? Mine are 14 months and 3 weeks apart but I wouldn't have it any other way…I love it!!
I have faith that whatever you and your family do will be amazing. You guys are such strong amazing people that only good things will come your way. http://www.awesomely-awkward.com
