This past week, I packed my bags and headed to sunny Miami for something a little extra special — a Young Living girls trip full of laughter, heart chats, and major business brainstorming. These kinds of trips always leave me inspired, recharged, and reminded of how powerful it is to be surrounded by women who dream big. It wasn’t just about palm trees and poolside hangs (though those were dreamy too!) — this was about connection, creativity, and cultivating a beautiful wellness lifestyle alongside other female entrepreneurs.
We stayed at the whimsical and ever-so-aesthetic Goodtime Hotel, which was honestly a vibe all its own. The Strawberry Moon pool was the perfect place to unwind and laugh until our cheeks hurt. We snapped all the pics, soaked up the sunshine, and had those spontaneous heart-to-hearts that only happen when you’re fully present.
Even with the fun, we carved out time for real business brainstorming — bouncing ideas, refining goals, and dreaming up new ways to grow our Young Living businesses. There’s something magical that happens when women with shared purpose come together in a beautiful space. Ideas bloom. Walls come down. Momentum builds.
Being part of the Young Living community isn’t just about essential oils — it’s about creating a wellness lifestyle, stepping into your calling, and linking arms with women who genuinely want to see you thrive. This trip reminded me just how much I cherish the connection that comes with building something meaningful together.
If you’ve ever felt like you were made for more, or if you’re craving a community that encourages you to grow, friend — consider this your open door. Whether it’s through wellness, entrepreneurship, or simply stepping into a new rhythm, this kind of community matters.
We talked a lot about what it means to be women in business — juggling motherhood, creativity, self-care, and everything in between. One of the most powerful parts of our conversations was hearing the “why” behind each of our journeys. We celebrated each other’s wins, brainstormed future launches, and even planned out future team trainings.
There’s nothing quite like having your own little boardroom on the beach!
While this trip was mainly focused on connection and creativity, we did chat a bit about an exciting new rhythm I’m stepping into — a 14-day wellness reset using Young Living’s Make a Shift kit and a few simple lifestyle tweaks. Think: daily NingXia Red, walking with a weighted vest, 10,000 steps a day, and gently moving toward a life that feels good from the inside out.
I’ll be sharing more soon, so stay tuned if your heart is craving a bit of that gentle reset magic.
I came back from Miami with a full heart, a fresh notebook full of ideas, and deep gratitude for this Young Living team I get to call my own. If you’ve ever been curious about the Young Living lifestyle or wondered what it’s like to run a heart-led business with your besties, I’d love to chat.
