Mothers Day Gifts

Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and I am sharing my favorites that would be perfect for gifting! Add them to your wishlist, or gift to your own mother or mama friend! Here is a list of some of my favorite mothers day gifts!

There’s no better time to pamper yourself, and the mamas in your life, than during Mother’s Day. Self care is such an important way to show love to yourself and others!

As busy moms, we often put ourselves last on the list. It is important that we become intentional about caring for ourselves. There is a lot of value in our children watching us take the time to care for ourselves. Rest, doing things that light you up and restore your energy and peace all at once, are critical to fill up our cup, so that we aren’t trying to pour from an empty cup. Something as simple as a walk, 10 minutes of reading a book that we love, rolling on a favorite essential oil, calling a friend and connecting — can make a huge difference in how we feel and how we continue our day.

Know that you are worth the time and energy that it takes to practice self care. And that your version of self care may look differently than someone else’s. The key is that you feel restored, cared for, and loved. Whatever steps you need to take to be sure that you feel your best, take them without guilt!
