Bunny Parfait Recipe

Spring has sprung, and Easter is approaching, so I am rounding up all of the fun holiday recipes! These bunny parfaits are super cute, and don’t take a lot of effort to put together — win win! Keep reading for the bunny parfait recipe!

Bunny parfaits would be a fun after-school snack to kick off Easter weekend or would be perfect for your holiday Sunday brunch table! I love that you can assemble these before the start of a party so that they are simple to serve to your guests without having to be stuck in the kitchen!

Bunny Parfait Cups

Ingredients

 + Strawberries +

+ Whipped Cream +

 + Bunny Marshmallows +

( or decorate your own!)

+ Whipped Cream +

+ Cake/ Angel food cake +

Instructions

1. Start by slicing strawberries and arranging them around the edge.

2. Layer chunks of cake and whipped cream in the center, you could also add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows!

3. You may be able to find premade bunny marshmallows, or you can decorate marshmallows with chocolate and sprinkles,

4. Use toothpicks to attach marshmallows cut in the shape of ears! Such a sweet Easter bunny parfait recipe!

5. Serve them up on a tray for the perfect Easter dessert!
