How to Create a DIY Party Hat
STEP ONE: GET SOME FUN PAPER!
STEP TWO: Cut your paper into a circle. For a little ones hat: the circle should be about 9 inches in diameter.
3 LAST Cut a little triangular strip out of one side of the circle. The cutout should be wider at the bottom and taper into the center of the circle. Create a cone!!
Glue/ or tape at the seam! Then create a chin strap- super easy
and dont forget to DECORATE!!!!!!
