Our Christmas Traditions

Happy new year! I hope that you all had a wonderful holiday! Our Christmas was magical, and something that I truly savored, and will hold onto the memories tightly! Take a peek at our Christmas traditions!

Celebrating with Family

We celebrated with my family over at my parent’s home. This is always extra sweet for me since this is the house that I grew up in. A lifetime of magical moments that I now get to experience with my kiddos. Christmas traditions with kids feel extra special!

We had a delicious meal with all of our favorites, I am a huge lover of holiday food! Give me all of the yummy sides, and don’t forget dessert!!

Making New Traditions & Keeping Old Ones

We played lots of games, bingo, and even had a piñata (if you’re looking for new Christmas traditions ideas, this is fun !). We opened gifts together and just had a lot of special quality time! I wouldn’t trade a moment of it, truly! Christmas traditions family and Christmas traditions for kids mean the world to me!

The Reason for the Season

We had a candlelight service at our church which felt special and was a beautiful time to reflect on the reason for this season. As our kiddos grow, I love to walk on this journey with them and to get to witness their walk with God. Truly a sacred time of year that we treasure. These Christmas traditions kids are very important to us.

Our Christmas break was  filled with lots of sweet days spent playing with Christmas gifts, enjoying one another, and settling into our new home more. We feel undeniably at peace here, and I love that we are making core memories in this home that we had dreamed of for so long!
