This time of year it’s always fun to have simple christmas diy craft ideas on hand! Whether you need added decor, or a festive activity with kiddos, these four DIYs for Christmas are perfect!
Here are a few of my favorite holiday crafts to get you in the spirit of the holidays and to enjoy some screen-free and creative time as a family, making Christmas diy ideas kids!
Who would have thought that styrofoam balls could look so good? They’re just what you need to make a crafty-looking wreath. All you have to do is apply the styrofoam balls to a wreath form with hot glue, allow them to dry, and top it off with a bow and wire for hanging. In a covered area this could be used as christmas diy ideas outdoor!
This is beyond adorable and would be SO sweet in a little girl’s bedroom. Simply tie strands of yarn together, all the same length, forming a pom pom ball! Trim with scissors as needed. Hot glue them to your favorite wreath form and add a velvet ribbon for a finishing touch. These would even be fun to make as christmas diy ideas to sell!
Use our printable numbers, cut them out, glue to card stock and fasten them to pretty twine or ribbon with clothespins! So simple and such a cute DIY, that is perfect for any beginner! This is truly so simple!
These are SO sweet, and the perfect craft to make with your kiddos! You can use any size balloons depending on how large you want your snowmen to be. Inflate two balloons, one larger and one smaller. Tie them together depending on the size and shape that you’d like! Add fabric scarves, use a sharpie to draw on eyes! String them all together to create your garland. With the materials needed, these could be found at dollar tree!
These are the perfect Christmas decorations and for kids to make during holiday break!
XO,
Casey Wiegand
