I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and with it some of my favorite foods! Do you ever get to the end of the day with lots of food left over like we do? I’ve found a creative and delicious way to use up those leftovers!
Enter in, Thanksgiving Leftover Lasagna! It’s such a yummy and comforting way to not be wasteful, and to use up what you have on hand!
Super simple to make, simply grease an oven safe pyrex or casserole dish to be non stick. Then start to layer in your leftovers. I find that this order works really well:
+ Stuffing +
+ Cranberry Sauce +
+ Turkey +
+ Gravy +
+ Mashed Potatoes +
Layer these in, covering the full length of the dish before moving to the next layer, so that each bite has a little bit of everything in it! It really is the perfect leftover turkey lasagna recipe easy. Yum!
Top with more gravy or add a sprinkling of shredded cheese! You can certainly add more sides or veggies into that layered line up as well! Bake on 375 for 25+ minutes or until fully heated through and bubbling. I like to turn the broiler on right at the end to add a little golden brown to the top!
Serve this up for dinner or lunch over the weekend, very cozy and comforting dish! The perfect leftover turkey lasagna thanksgiving leftovers!
