Adelaide’s 6th Birthday

My sweet Adelaide, our last baby — I can barely wrap my brain around the fact that she is six! Time is a thief, but wow the years are flying by. Celebrating our girl is always such a gift, and we do everything that we can to make her feel extra special on her birthday!

Adelaide is starting kindergarten this year, so I am especially emotional about this birthday! She’s growing into such a sweet big girl, but will forever be my baby!

For Adelaide’s special day, we did fun light up letters and balloons in the backyard, balloons with all of her favorite colors throughout the house — I always love something extra fun and festive for the kiddos to wake up to on their birthdays!

Adelaide wore a super fun and colorful birthday girl outfit, and we did her hair extra festive with her favorite colors woven in! This precious girl loves her family SO much, so we had lots of quality time together at home, her favorite meal, sweet treats and a yummy cake, time in the backyard swimming and playing together.

Addie’s big sisters truly baby her in many ways, and adore her so so much! They did the sweetest sisters’ pedicure /spa day at home, and it was so fun to see Adelaide feeling extra special and loved on. There’s no shortage of love to go around between these siblings, it makes my heart so happy to witness their bond.

Sweet Adelaide, I wish that I could freeze time. You are the most loving, joyful, funny, and tender girl. We love every moment that we spend with you, and are forever grateful to call you ours. Happy birthday, baby girl!
