Summer is in full swing over here, and The Fourth of July is one of our favorite days of summer! Our family goes all out for our 4th of July celebration, and there’s something about this holiday that really brings out our festive sides.
We had a wonderful day of time spent together, and made lots of memories this Independence Day! Summertime and celebrating The 4th takes me back to childhood and brings back all of the nostalgia. It’s such a joy to watch my kiddos make their own memories, and to now be in the role where I get to bring the magic!
Mamas, we pour our hearts into these moments to make them extra special, we have to remember to take a moment to soak it all in. To be a part of the fun, to get in front of the camera from time to time, and to live in the moment as much as possible! Our kids will hold on tight to the memories where we are present with them.
This holiday, we brought out our best red white and blue gear! We didn’t wear matching outfits, but instead coordinated with all things patriotic. Even our pups wore Stars and Stripes
We went to our town’s 4th of July parade, and celebration, complete with face painting for the kiddos, a super cute patriotic photo backdrop, Yummy food and treats and more! We ended our night with a mesmerizing fireworks display. The look in my kiddos’ eyes says it all. We spent so many happy and full hours outside, living our best summer lives! Such a sweet holiday, I hope that yours was too, friends!
