It’s no secret that holidays and celebrations are our favorite! Any reason to dress festive, add some fun decor, have yummy snacks and a family celebration and we are here for it! St Patties Day is always super fun for the kiddos, and I love making these moments extra special with them.
We had our hair braided, which is always so special for my girls. Such a fun way for us to have some girl time together, and to feel extra festive for a holiday or special occasion. I couldn’t get over how precious each of their hair turned out.
I went with a half up bubble braid, which is simple to achieve with small clear elastics, apple matched my hairstyle! So cute on her! Ainsleigh went with a half up crown braid, and sweet Adelaide did a dutch French braid.
I love how fancy the girls feel when we do hairstyles for holidays and special moments. I treasure these memories of three daughters, sisterhood, and getting to witness them together and their special bond as it grows.
We wore green st. patties day outfits with st. patties day shirts, and had super yummy St. Patties Day food, st. patties day treats, st. patties day dessert, and donuts with green icing and sprinkles.
Apple is the absolute sweetest child, and loves setting special tables. She made such a sweet St. Patricks Day table for us to celebrate around. We used some of our printable art from The Artful Home membership, added fun shamrock lights, little rainbows and gems.
The kiddos had a nice time at school with their own class celebrations and St. Patties Day crafts. A fun day of memory making and celebration!
What did you do to mark St. Patrick’s Day!? Do you have any special family traditions?
XO,
Casey Wiegand
