NYE Star Headband DIY

NYE Star Headbands:

-plain headbands
-glue gun
-scissors
-star cutouts in different sizes (I used a cookie cutter and printed out some other sizes I liked!)
-glitter cardstock
-pipe cleaner the same color as the star color you choose (I did silver for both!)
-thin wire (I found floral wire at Hobby Lobby!)

-Cut stars out of glitter cardstock. I used 8 stars for each headband (6 medium size and 2 small size).
-Cut your wire to the desired length. I did 5 wires per headband. Make sure to leave enough wire to wrap around the headband. Glue stars to wire. For the outer 2, I only glued one star to each wire. The middle 3 have 2 stars. But add as many as you want!
-Wrap each wire around the headband as tightly as possible.
-To cover the wire (and add more sparkle!) wrap pipe cleaner around the headband. I used 3 pipe cleaners per headband.

Now you have a cute headband for NYE Night! This would be a great NYE activity to do with little ones!
