2. Meanwhile make icing and separate into 3 different bowls.
3. Add food coloring gradually, a little bit less in each bowl, so that the colors are in the same family, but less saturated.

Some fun ombre cookies are such a fun, easy way to make any holiday fun! They are a go-to in my home!

The kids will love making the various icing bowls and you can let them ice them for a fun afternoon activity.
