Valentine Ice Cream Sandwich

Who doesn’t appreciate a special treat during the month of love!? These valentine ice cream sandwiches are super simple to make, and if you ask me, truly adorable!

What you’ll need to do:

+ Get yourself some valentine cookies from the grocery store or your local bakery OR better yet, bake your favorite sugar cookie cut out recipe!
+ Once cookies are cooled, and iced, add a generous layer of your favorite ice cream.
+ Add festive sprinkles to a plate, and while holding ice cream sandwich in hand, roll onto plate of sprinkles!
+ Serve up right away or gently wrap with parchment paper and tie with pink or red twine and keep in the freezer!
