Peeks of Christmas In Our Home….

Preparing our home for the holiday season brings me such joy. I can literally feel my heart soften and love wash over me, as I decorate and imagine our children enjoying each special detail, all season long.

I’m excited to give you a peek into our holiday home, and I’m sharing some tips as well!

+ Mix and match old with new – I love picking up new décor each year, but even more so I find such creativity in reworking things from years passed. Don’t feel that you need to get a bunch of new things each year to make your home special!

+ Add in simple touches – like pretty velvet ribbon, fairy twinkle lights, little gold bells, taper candles, greenery or pretty branches from outside. These finishing touches add so much life to your Christmas décor!

+ Change out art where you can – Find vintage pieces that scream winter, or shop small for a print with your favorite holiday song lyrics, art is often overlooked when decorating seasonally – yet it can make such an impact!
