Spring Smoothies for Kiddos
We love to have our kiddos help in the kitchen!
Smoothie making is a great way to encourage your children to be creative with food, and to enjoy something nutritious together!
This can be a simple way to pass the time, bond together, and do something that feels special for kids to take pride in their handiwork!
Here is the recipe!

sweeten to taste … honey
2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
ice cubes (optional)
5-9 Bananas (depending on size)
4-5 Kiwis peeled and sliced

Add kiwi and avocado to the first part and blend until smooth. Add honey if needed. Pour into a serving glass. Put in freezer for 40 minutes.
Combine mango with the second part, ice if desired, blend and pour into the glass over kiwi mixture. place in freezer for 40 minutes.
