A new year is always such a motivating time for a fresh start.

Whether you’re setting big goals or small ones, every step you take toward a healthier you really matters. Adding in a few healthy daily habits can create a new routine and such a positive impact on daily life!

Here are a few of my favorite tools to help me meet all my health goals:
1. My oils! I can’t imagine a single day without them. It may seem overwhelming at first, but everything you need to get started is in the starter kit! And I’m there all along the way to help it all become second nature. ( read more here)

2. A juicer. Getting in all our fruits and veggies is so much easier when we make our daily juice together! ( read about our juicing experience here)

3. This diffuser is so dreamy and brings such beauty to our surroundings as we work toward our goals, all while boosting our motivation!

4. Workout clothes. I love these from Anthropologie! Wearing something you love while you get moving can make all the difference.

5. The right shoes. Finding something that fits perfectly and looks cute, too? Perfection!

6. Having a watch that counts your steps can be super motivating and help you stay on track! Anything from a Fitbit to and Apple Watch can help you track your movements.

7. Meal planning! Being intentional about your shopping and family meals can help you feel on top of your game. I LOVE this planner!!
