My sweet Ainsleigh girl is turning nine.

I am so taken by her – the beauty she carries with her wherever she goes. Just pure sunshine, kindness, tenderness and love.

She is quick to celebrate someone else, she is full of adventure, she will go last so that others can win and never ever ever says a negative word about someone else. She sees life through a beautiful lens.

This spirit that exudes bravery and light and confidence. 

She is the epitome of sunshine and love… who she is so completely reminds me of the quote from Roald Dahl: “If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.” That’s my Ains. My lovely girl.

I love celebrating our kids and what makes them so uniquely them. I love making their days special, pouring out my love in all the ways that I know how, to fill them up and draw them closer. To cherish them and love them in a way that celebrates them for who they are.

My perfect sunshine girl, you have my whole heart.
