Summer Peach Popsicles.
Summer Peach Popsicles
You will need,
Vanilla Greek yogurt
Naked brand Mango juice
Fresh, frozen or canned diced peaches
Combine the Greek Yogurt and diced peaches
Alternate Pouring the yogurt mixture and mango nectar into each popsicle mold. If necessary, use a spoon to push down the yogurt so it reaches the bottom. You can also mix the mango nectar with the yogurt mixture and then pour into molds.
Place molds in the freezer and freeze. Rinse the outside of the mold with warm water to release popsicles.
(Could use kids diced individual serving peaches from the cup, to make it easy.) *** We didn’t write out the amounts of each ingredient because it depends on what size popsicle mold is being used…
probably 2/3 yogurt mixture and 1/3 mango nectar, plus diced peaches… only takes about one peach for a whole recipe of popsicles and if you peel and slice it, you can dice the slices easier if they are frozen… FYI.
