4th of July.

If you have followed me for awhile you know that Holidays are my FAVORITE. I love any opportunity to go all out- let my kiddos feel extra special and their day extra fun!

Ever since I was little we would go to this same 4th of July parade and then to dinner + fireworks and fun with my family!

Before dinner began, Chris put our blanket down to claim a good spot!

The food is SO GOOD- we fill our plates and had such a sweet night eating together before all the games + fun began!

Something about holidays brings out the extra sentimental, sensitive side in me.

I hope my kiddos always experience these sweet, fun special days. There were so many times I would look at them and think- THESE are the moments they will hold in their heart for their entire life.

They will never forget this!

Holding my kiddos close on my grandmothers quilt, watching the fireworks while patriotic music played….holding Chris’ hand while this new baby kicked and flipped in my tummy…. all while watching them experience all the fun- it was all a day and night to remember.
