I was able to go on their website and choose various outfits ( even accessories) so that they got a good feel for my style, all of this was part of my profile. Then they created a box and I had some time to go in and edit if there was anything that I wanted to switch out. It was super user friendly and easy to navigate!

My first box arrived and had jewelry, a dress a shirt and a sweatshirt in it! Then it had an easy package ( label already on there) so that when I was finished with the clothes, I could just drop off the package and ship them back for free!
