on my heart.

I have a heart for people.

I want so badly to help everyone and in some really small ways this blog has given me the opportunity to do a teeny bit. And even a teeny bit means a ton to me.
I wish I could spread every story that comes my way, that is the hard part.

My heart was particularly moved by this story. I feel led to share it with you. Partly because something happening to me happens to be a fear of mine.

Fear of people not being able to love my babies like I do.
Fear that they won’t know their little needs or tiny quirks.

For this family, losing their mama just became a recent reality.
And to help the four boys she leaves behind Bethany has organized something called “a card a day”….so that each day for a year not only are those boys being prayed for but they are receiving a card to remind them that they are.
If you feel led to help, the link is here.
” Today is Julie’s Memorial service, and I’ve been so emotional. This really brightened my day. Julie was a friend who delighted in  my children, she not only loved me, but loved my children. Her boys are precious, and are dearly loved by me, and so many others. Thank you for caring for her boys, it’s been so very hard for them.

I hope that little “happies” sent via mail, from many other Mommy’s, will help them feel their Mommy’s love.

One day I will hug your neck, and thank you for caring about my friend, and her precious boys. For now, cyber ((hugs)) will have to do. Thank you for being Spirit led, for seeking Christ’s cause above your own. Thank you for living out your faith.

Much Love and Many Blessings~ Bethany”

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

  9. WOW. SO heartbreaking…and tender all in the same way. Praying for comfort for those children, and their father.

That's a HUGE FEAR of mine as well. I worry about the what if's and sometimes they paralyze me from doing the things I want to do (Influence!!!). I don't know if it's being a mom, or just the worrier in me was magnified once I had Easton. But. I'm with you sister. The WHAT IFS are never ending!

    HUGS!
