A few things on my heart this morning. One is that I am attempting to gradually build my blog as a platform for some other ideas/things I have in the works. SO thank you for helping me spread the word about my art & my blog. If you have looked at my etsy shop you will see that it has sat empty for quite awhile…this will change soon! More to come on that! In the meantime… I am working on a silly little blog button. If you feel like it, I would love for you to add it to yours to help get the word out for me! Will post soon!!
Next up…another EASY recipe! I may have shared this before but if so, it was when I first started this little blog and some of you may have missed this! Remember these recipes will be for those who love all things sweet and/or bland! Enjoy….
1 32 oz ragu (prego traditional)
1 16 oz carton cottage cheese
12 pieces american cheese
parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
brown meat. add ragu & brown sugar. add 1/2 cup of water (truthfully i add a bit less than that) simmer 10 minutes.
1. put small amount of sauce in 9 x 13 pan
2. arrange layer of noodles from box (raw)
3. spread with 1/2 of cottage cheese
4. put on top 1/2 of american cheese slices
6. pour rest of the sauce on top
7. sprinkle with parmesan cheese. cover with foil.
Bake 1 hour, 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes
And a quick share on sweet A. Our sweet Aiden. He loves Chris & I’s pillowcases. How sweet is that? We never gave him a blankie or lovie (although he does have a pasie) so he started taking the pillow cases off of our pillows. He carries them everywhere & has to sleep with them. It ‘s so sweet, I guess they remind him of us :).
