I have only read the first chapter but this is what I have learned so far: Babies who sign are less frustrated, have closer bonds with their parents, develop larger vocabularies, become better readers and can “outsmart” babies who don’t sign. Hi, enjoy your postings. My daughter is having her first baby in December at age 36. When I was young we were done at age 30. A new world. I am going to get the Baby Whisperer for her and me…and now I may take a look at this book about sign language. Hope all is better after your storm
