a Christmas recap.
We had such an amazing Christmas this year…filled with so much joy and so many memories. Just looking at these photos made my heart ache a bit that the holidays are over.
I shared this on instagram but my baby brother got engaged a few days before Christmas and I am so thrilled for these two! A few days ago Travis asked me if I would be his “best man” and stand beside him on the biggest day of his life. I am so honored, I don’t have the words! When I was a little girl I would stay awake at night worrying about him (we are six years apart) and pray that God would let me take his heartaches for him…I always thought he was too young and tender to know the realities of this world.
Now all these years later I pray those same prayers for my babies.
Christmas is such a beautiful time of year. And now heading into 2014 my heart is so full of gratitude.
