4th of July.

We had such a fun 4th of July!

We woke up early and went over to the parade, it’s the same parade that I grew up going to and I was telling Chris while we were there how special it is to go back every year with them- basically a dream come true! I used to daydream of these moments and now here I am. The 4th of July is my mom’s all time favorite holiday and making traditions with my family is such a priority for me.

We grabbed lunch, went home for a quick rest and then got ready again and went to dinner with my parents and grandparents. There was face painting ( second time to get painted in one day), balloons, swimming, a band and more! It was so special and then at 9:30 the fireworks began. It’s always so sweet to see things through our little ones eyes. All the “wows!” and amazement had me tearing up amidst Apple snuggled up in my lap and the music playing.
