Easter Recap

Our family had a beautiful Easter soaking in our time together and celebrating a holiday that means so much to our hearts.

I treasure the memories and am deeply grateful for the photographs to pour over year after year, watching our children grow right before our eyes. I say it often, but these truly are the days. The days that I know I will remember with such warmth and gratitude.

I hold so many moments from my own childhood close, my mama always making holidays extra special. This feels ingrained in me, something that I feel naturally pulled toward — to create joyful and memorable holidays that will create a lifetime of memories for our kiddos.

We celebrated with our church community this Easter, had a super fun egg hunt, opened baskets as a family, and gathered with our extended family and sweet cousins. My heart is so happy when all of the cousins get to be together!

We ended the day at home, with our kids enjoying some of their favorite Easter basket goodies. I love this sort of relaxed chaos, all of the holiday decor, leftovers, toys etc. strewn around the house, just enjoying one another and all of the fun from the day! Wouldn’t trade these moments for the world!
