Christmas Cocoa Bar

When I think about the holiday season and all of our favorite treats, hot cocoa is for sure at the top of our list! We love to keep a Christmas cocoa bar in our kitchen, and to make it extra special for gatherings.

My kids get such a kick out of helping to make their cocoa, and adding their favorite toppings! We love making hot cocoa for Christmas movie nights or to bring to see Christmas lights!

Making holiday traditions that we relive year after year is so important to me as a mama. Having a hot cocoa bar in our kitchen always signals the start of Christmas season, and is something that we look forward to each year!

Creating A Magical Christmas Cocoa Bar

+ Grab your coziest mugs! +

I love these two: merry Christmas mug  and my Christmas movie mug. It wouldn’t be complete without a  mug tree like this one and a tray with all of your favorite Christmas mugs. You could also add some festive to go cups to take your cocoa with you on the go!

+ Marshmallow options! +

Mini marshmallows, pretty snowflake or snowman marshmallows, the more the merrier! The kids have so much fun with this!

+ Candy Canes for Stirrers! +

Candy canes or peppermint sticks like these peppermint stir sticks are fun to add to cocoa. You can even crush some up to sprinkle on top!

+ A clear container filled with cocoa mix! +

Or these fun hot cocoa drink bombs. Add a scoop to easily serve! You can also add chocolate chips in to make your cocoa extra rich. These hot cocoa spoons are also fun to have on hand!

+ Put out whipped cream when it’s time to serve. +

You can have fun sprinkles too! Love this cocoa toppings set!
