We’re fast approaching my absolute favorite time of year, and truly there’s no better season to dive into all things essential oils!
From immune support, to yummy fall smells – you can’t go wrong with oiling up in autumn!
A few of my favorite ways to incorporate oils, as temperatures cool down, and we embrace all things cozy?
First up, diffusing! Consider ditching candles and switching to a natural way to make your home smell incredible.
My go to fall diffuser blends:
Cinnamon Bark + Stress Away + Orange
Cassia + Northern Lights Black Spruce + Lime
Nutmeg + Cinnamon Bark + Bergamot + Orange
( Casey is OBSESSED with Christmas spirit oil too)
SO good!
I also love to make room sprays, to mist on cozy throw blankets, and to spray in the air for an extra scent boost.
You can use the same blends above, add to a glass spray bottle with 3 parts water and 1 part witch hazel!
During the fall, I like to change up my personal scent to something deeper. I make my own perfumes using essential oils. Add to a spray bottle with water and witch hazel, or add to a roller with the carrier oil of your choice. A few of my favorite blends are:
Envision + Northern Lights Black Spruce + Bergamot
Higher Unity + Lime + Frankincense
Sacred Mountain + Orange
Did you know that you can add vitality oils to your coffee or tea?
A current favorite of mine is to add a toothpick swirl of cinnamon and nutmeg vitality oils to my creamer, froth it up and add to my coffee. Simple and festive!
This time of year, I like to keep wellness rollers all throughout the house. I will roll down my spine and the bottoms of my feet twice a day. Thieves is a go-to! I also make a custom roller with Thieves + Frankincense + Oregano for an extra boost.
I can’t get enough of the warm cinnamony scent that fills my home this time of year. Throw in some twinkle lights and flameless candles and you’ll set the tone for a comforting fall evening at home!
