Our sweet boy is 11….

Our sweet Aiden turned 11, and if you’ve been following along with our family for a while, you know what a special boy he is! It was so important to me as his mama, that even with all of this uncertainty, we celebrated Aiden, and that he had a special day!

We had a family party for Aiden at home, with a scavenger hunt for his gifts, a homemade birthday cake, swimming in our pool and quality time together. All three sisters were beyond excited to make little decorations and do everything that they could to celebrate their big brother!

I was moved to tears when I found out that Aiden’s friends and teacher had planned to drive by to surprise him! One by one, each car drove by our house, honking their horns, with their cars decorated in honor of his birthday! It was such a special thing to witness others rally around Aiden like that! This was definitely a birthday that we will never forget, and a reminder for us that we already have what matters most to us, right here at home!
