She is such a dear, precious friend and her blog is filled with fabulous, yummy recipes.
Have I mentioned that she makes & eats each recipe before she posts?!
I asked her to share a fun, yummy dessert recipe with you all in honor of Aiden’s birthday week approaching! She is amazing, check out her darling blog!

Hi! I am Elizabeth Ann from Elizabeth Ann’s Recipe Box and I am honored that Casey wanted me to share this recipe with you! I have known Casey since our days at Kanakuk and adore her sweet spirit and contagious smile!
I love spending time in the kitchen, cooking and baking for others, and I ADORE home-cooked meals with lots of friends and family around the table! My husband, Nate, is a small town country boy with “steak and potatoes” taste buds and is my number one food critique!
And he loves this Snicker’s Ice Cream Pie!
Snickers Ice Cream Pie
2 pints Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
14 Snickers Fun size bars, unwrapped and cut into thirds
Soften ice cream by leaving it out for 30 minutes to an hour or microwave each pint for 10 to 20 seconds.
Line an 8 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Let it hang over the edges.
Arrange chopped Snickers in the bottom of the pan.
Press ice cream gently into the pan.
Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
Pull overhang of parchment paper to invert snickers pie onto a plate and slice immediately with a sharp knife.
This looks amazing for this Snicker's bar lover! I'm trying everything in my power not to run to the grocery store right now at 10:30pm. to make it. Yumm!!
